Sapsy is devoted to delivering its products in prime condition to your doorstep. We ship our products throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the safety of your orders, we have partnered with reputed and trusted courier companies only.
1. Order Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Orders are carefully prepared, packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of placement/payment.
- Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
- Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated facility with utmost care and special insulated padding for protection during transit.
2. Delivery Scope & Timelines
- We ship across India, with estimated delivery times depending on destination pincode:
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: ~3–5 days
- Tier-2 regions: ~3–7 days
- Remote or rural areas: May take longer—or in rare cases, might not be deliverable
- Note: We are unable to ship to certain rural pincodes due to logistical constraints. If your location is affected, we will inform you promptly.
3. Shipping Partners & Schedule
- We dispatch orders on business days only (Monday to Saturday); no dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.
- For safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted courier services experienced in handling beverage products.
- Product is shipped to the delivery address mentioned at the time of purchase/order placement. Please make sure to provide a full and correct address with pincode for smooth delivery.
4. Duties, Taxes & Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on your pincode and are visible during checkout.
- For deliveries outside the country (if applicable), you may be responsible for any applicable duties or local charges—these are not covered by us.
5. Delivery Expectations & Delays
- Estimated delivery is based on the courier’s schedule and subject to external factors like weather, holidays, or regional restrictions.
- In case of significant delays, we’ll notify you via email or SMS as soon as possible.
- We shall not be responsible for delays due to wrong or incomplete delivery address.
6. Cancellation & Modification
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once shipping is initiated.
- To cancel or modify your order, please get in touch within 2 business days of placing it—before dispatch only.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographic proof of damage or non-delivery
- Any tracking updates or courier communications
